The Rockville Concert Band will celebrate our 65th Anniversary with guest conductors Dr. Robert Tennyson, Dr. Vincent Patterson and John Saint Amour (all former Rockville Concert Band's Music Directors who led the band from 1978 to 2020).

Music Director Juan Gallastegui - Conductor conducts the World Premiere of Johan A. De Meij The Year 2020, a piece commissioned by the Rockville Concert Band and the City of Rockville.

The new Volunteer of the Year Award "Mimi McNeel" will be presented to the audience and will have our first recipient in a ceremony after the concert. Johan A. De Meij will join us in celebration of this milestone and the success of his piece, The Year 2020, which was award the 2nd Place and Honorable Mention at the 1st International Composition Contest of Filharmonica Imolese, Imola in Italy.
